Hello everyone and welcome! My name is Raven Griffin and I have the incredible honor of serving as President of Bobcat Belles for the 2024-2025 school year. As you explore our website, our hopes are that you gain a sense of passion and uniqueness that truly define our organization.

 

Starting out at Texas State University, I knew I wanted to find my footing amongst a community of women that could help shape my growth and develop my confidence even further. When I found Bobcat Belles, my biggest fear was that I wouldn’t fit in or would feel as though I didn’t belong. Every belle immediately changed my mind. All of my first conversations with belles were so incredibly genuine and comfortable. I then started to look forward to our Wednesday meetings every week because I knew it was going to be fun and I loved being surrounded by them. I eventually realized that this was my place and these were my people. Since then, I have seen so much growth amongst myself and the organization itself. 

 

Bobcat Belles is an organization that is dedicated to fostering growth in each and every member. We all share the importance of womanhood and maintaning healthy and beneficial relationships amongst one another. Further than that, we dedicate our time to those in need outside of our organization as well. Volunteering for Hays Caldwell Women’s Center keeps us involved in our community around us and encourages us to help out wherever we can. 

 

Through Bobcat Belles I have found my absolute best friends that have truly carried me through college. They have been there for me when I was at my worst, and stayed until I was at my best again. I’ve watched myself grow so much over the past few years and I dedicate so much of that growth to the women I have surrounded myself with in Bobcat Belles. It has truly shaped who I am today and I’m so proud to be apart of something so life changing. 

 

This organization and the people in it have honestly changed my life. My hope is that every member that joins our organization has the same experiences as me.  I believe that each and every member of our organization truly strives to be the best they can be for themselves, and others.
